They also contain oleic acid which helps lower bad LDL cholesterol and increases good HDL cholesterol in the blood. With ample amounts of amino acids, glutamate and tryptophan, pumpkin seeds have natural anti-stress benefits.

Spinach

Spinach is a doubly delicious power plant! With phytoecdysteroids (a natural plant steroid) it boosts strength and has been shown to increase muscle growth by an incredible 20%!

Blueberries
