Joanie is also a profound believer and follower of all kinds of physical and spiritual activities. Many times half-marathon runner, marathon runner, obstacle race runner, CrossFit athlete, triathlete and recently Ironman (140.3), she understands the self-development benefits of going beyond oneself physically. Her yoga practice gives her the opportunity to find balance in all those physical disciplines.
Joanie believes that the key to living fully is to give opportunities to the body to move in a variety of ways. With intelligent and controlled movements, the body contributes to self-regulation and to the regulation of so much more physiological processes.
Joanie adores Ultima products during and after her hot yoga asana practice! Furthermore, summer in Canada can be hot and humid so she appreciates Ultima products to optimize her hydration during and after her CrossFit outdoor training sessions, on her bike and for her runs. Joanie’s favorite Ultima flavor is by far grape!
