Sarah is an avid runner, a yogi and general fitness fanatic. She writes regularly about her healthy lifestyle and shares workouts, recipes as well as a few fashion tips on her blog Sweet Blonde’s Fit Life. Her passion is to help people improve their health, reach their goals and love themselves more.
In late 2010, Sarah started on her weight loss journey for what felt like the 10th time. She was done with the yo-yo dieting and since then has lost 80 pounds. Nutrition was a game changer for Sarah and she is excited about sharing the power of nutrition with others. She is currently working on her CISSN (certified sports nutritionist) certification.
Sarah enjoys many different types of exercise, but her current favorite is running. She ran her first half marathon in October of 2014 and finished under 2 hours. She plans to run two half marathons this year and run a full marathon in 2016.
