5 Energy Boosting 5 Minute Workouts From Celebrity Trainer Marnie Alton
Ultima has partnered with celebrity fitness trainer, Marnie Alton @marniealton, to present a full five days of colorful fun workouts for you to boost your energy and get moving. This hydration and movement challenge has a new 5 minute workout for you to try each day with Marnie as your trusted fitness trainer and inspiration leader.
Day 1: Green for Harmony ๐๐งก
Day 1 of the hydration and movement challenge starts with Marnie explaining why electrolytes are so important. She dicusses how electrolytes allow your body to absorb the nutrients from food in the body better, which is crucial for your healthy lifestyle. She mixes Ultima Replenisher Blue Raspberry flavor and Ultima Replenisher Orange flavor, both made with plant-based ๐ฟ flavors & colors for an explosion of delicious sugar free hydration!
Day 2: Energizing Red ๐
Day 2 is all about ELECTROLYTES! Did you know that electrolytes have an electrical charge which help stimulate your muscles?
