Shipping & Order Updates:

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Subscribe & Save orders and all orders of $30 or more within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive email updates every step of the way so you know exactly when your Ultima is on its way.

Your Order Is Being Prepared:

Your electrolytes have been picked, packed, and quality-checked and are now waiting to be picked up by the shipping carrier. This typically happens within 24–48 hours.

Before every order leaves our warehouse, we complete a manual quality check to make sure you receive the correct products, quantities, and sealed packaging. It takes a little longer than automated fulfillment, but it's one of the reasons we're proud to have one of the lowest return rates in our category.

Once the shipping carrier scans your package, we'll send you another update with the latest tracking information.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
