At Ultima Health Products, Inc. (“Ultima”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Ultima Replenisher product purchased from or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product at Ultima's discretion. Please note the Ultima Replenisher 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Satisfaction Guarantee will only be provided to the original purchaser.

How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please call Consumer Care at 888-663-8584 Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm ET or email Please include the date and location of the purchased product. If your request is approved, Ultima may require you to mail the unused portion of your Ultima Replenisher product (At your expense), proof of purchase, and your claim number to:

All Satisfaction Guarantee requests must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines
Ultima reserves the right to verify all information provided, including proof of purchase. Additionally, Ultima at their sole discretion may deny any Satisfaction Guarantee requests.
