I've spent my whole life dancing and working out. From dancing at my local dance studio, to Broadway, to training the biggest artists in the world, and filming #NWMethod content, H20 has been at my side. When I haven't honored my hydration, I can't train as long, think as clear, and have the control over my muscles. Being dehydrated weakens my performance and inhibits me from my personal best. Water helps me digest my food and break down the foods so my body can absorb the minerals and nutrients that it deserves. It brings nourishment to my body and keeps my skin feeling and looking healthy.

I always carry around my water bottle and make sure to get at least 2.5L of water in per day. In addition to staying hydrated, I've discovered Ultima Replenisher electrolyte hydration drink mix. Because I sweat so much, I need to make sure that I'm replacing the minerals that are lost through sweat.
