Ultima Electric Lemonijito Mocktail
If you love a lemon zing and mint is your thing, this alcohol-free, electric take on a traditional mojito is sure to sip well with you!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Ultima Lemonade electrolyte mix
- 1/2 oz Meyer lemon juice
- 3 oz coconut water
- Top with soda water
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
Directions:
- Gently muddle mint leaves at the bottom of a glass
- Stir in 1 scoop (or 1 stickpack) Ultima Lemonade electrolyte mix
- Add Meyer lemon juice (regular lemon juice works great, too)
- Add coconut water
- Fill glass with ice cubes
- Top off with soda water and stir
- Garnish with mint bouquet
