Kiss Me At Midnight Cocktail Recipe

Looking for the perfect cocktail for a midnight toast? This holiday sparkler tastes just as stunning as it looks and is sure to turn a few heads. Made with tart cranberry juice, winter herbs and a tropical Coconut Piña Colada twist, your bubbles will be getting a beautiful upgrade.

Prepare yours with a dry Prosecco to keep the sugar and carb content low so you can wake up feeling surprisingly chipper. Make a round for your friends on New Year's Eve and this may become everyone’s new favorite tradition! ;) Create an even more memorable experience by adding a festive ice cube filled with coconut milk & cranberries! 

Ingredients:

1 stickpack Ultima Replenisher Coconut Pina Colada 
1 spring rosemary 
.5 oz lime juice 
.75 ounce cranberry juice 
1 dash orange bitters 
1.5 ounce gin or blanco tequila 
Top with 1 oz dry (low carb) sparkling wine 

Recommended Glassware: Stemmed cocktail glass 

Directions: Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker. Shake with cubed ice and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Top with 1 oz dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a cranberry skewer (or a coconut milk ice cube with cranberries frozen inside).
