Low-Carb Creamy Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie
¼ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 packet or scoop Ultima Replenisher Lemonade flavor
1 cup ice
1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, but will create a thicker consistency)
1. In a blender, add raspberries, coconut milk, Ultima, and ice.
2. Pulse 4-6 times to crush the ice and then blend on high until smooth.
3. Add xanthan gum (if desired) and blend again until thickened.
