- 1 serving Ultima Raspberry
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- ¾ cup frozen coconut milk chunks
- ½ cup ice
- 1 ½ tablespoons cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon stevia (or keto sweetener of choice)
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sugar free, vegan dark chocolate chips
- ½ tablespoon coconut oil
Directions: Using a blender, blend together coconut milk, frozen coconut milk chunks, ice, cacao Ultima Raspberry, stevia and vanilla extract until fully combined. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl by microwaving in 20 second intervals, mixing in between, until fully melted.
