Ultima Rainbow Chaffles (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Low Carb, Keto-Friendly) π
We love every color in the rainbow π so much that we combined them with another thing we love almost as much... WAFFLES! But even better (drum roll please!), we made them gluten-free, vegan, low carb and keto-friendly Chaffles! Amazing, right? Choose your favorite Ultima flavor from the Ultima rainbow and enjoy this colorful sweet treat. πππππ
Makes 1 Waffle
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 2 Β½ tablespoons water
- ΒΌ cup low carb vegan βmozzarellaβ cheese
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoons low carb, vegan cream cheese, softened
- Favorite Ultima Flavor
Directions: Preheat waffle maker. In a small bowl, mix together flaxseed meal and water. Let stand for 5 minutes until thickened. In another small bowl, mix together vegan cheese, coconut flour and cream cheese.
To the flaxseed meal bowl, stir in a scoop of Ultima. Then add to the cheese mixture. Stir until color is evenly distributed.
Spoon mixture onto the center of the waffle maker. Close and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown and set. Remove from the waffle maker.
Continue making waffles using the recipe above and using different Ultima flavors to achieve a rainbow waffle stack.
