Sweet Heat Coconut Piña Colada Mocktail Recipe

Sweet Heat Coconut Piña Colada Mocktail Recipe

My family is of Mexican heritage so I thought it would be fun to make a Keto Mocktail with Ultima Replenisher to celebrate #hispanicheritage month. Looking for a zero calorie, zero carb and zero sugar drink recipe that has a sweet and spicy kick? I call this mocktail/cocktail drink, "Sweet Heat".

I used the Coconut Piña Colada flavor from the new Ultima Mocktini pouch to give this cocktail a nice fruity and refreshing flavor. I then combined lime juice, strawberries, mineral water, crushed ice, and topped it off with some candied jalapeños. If you have never tried candied jalapeños, you need to give them a try. I promise they are such a fun way to eat this pepper.

This was such a unique profile for a drink. Low carb, refreshing, and a unique tribute to my heritage. Give this drink a try and let me know what you think. Want to kick this drink up? Add a couple shots of your favorite tequila to make it a perfect Keto Cocktail you can share with friends.
