Ultima Cherry Pomegranate Fall Harvest Bowl

A naturally sweet, no-sugar smoothie bowl bursting with Ultima Cherry Pomegranate electrolyte goodness! Protein-packed Greek yogurt, chia seeds and antioxidant-rich toppings add healthy fuel.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, coconut flakes, raspberries

 

Directions:

Step 1:  Add all ingredients except the pomegranate seeds to blender.

Step 2: Blend on high speed until a thick, creamy smoothie bowl consistency is achieved. Add a little more water if needed, but keep it thick.

Step 3: Transfer the smoothie mixture into serving bowl.

Step 4: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate seeds on top.

Step 5: Optional: Top with chopped walnuts, coconut flakes and raspberries as desired.

Step 6:  Enjoy your antioxidant-rich, protein-packed smoothie bowl right away while it's cold and fresh!

Pro tip: For extra thickness, freeze the bowl for 10 minutes before serving.
