There's nothing better than a classic, chocolatey brownie. Or, we thought that there was nothing better until we added Ultima Replenisher Raspberry electrolyte powder to them, then BAM! 💥 They got even better! This healthy twist on the classic brownie will leave you wanting more. But don't worry, the recipe below makes nine guilt-free, low carb, keto-friendly, gluten-free brownies total. Perfect for sharing with friends, kids or that late night leftover snack. Enjoy!

Makes 9 brownies 🍫
- 4 servings Ultima Raspberry electrolyte powder
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cup granulated erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup your choice unsweetened nut or seed butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 8 oz fresh raspberries
Combine flaxseed, water, and 1 serving Ultima Raspberry and allow to thicken for 15 minutes on the counter. Preheat the oven to 350°F, line an 8” square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients along with the remaining packets of Ultima Raspberry. Mix well until combined.
In a different bowl, combine seed/nut butter, flaxseed mixture, and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated (mixture will resemble a wet dough as opposed to a batter). Add about 6 oz of the raspberries to the dough with your hands. Save the remaining raspberries for the top.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Top with remaining raspberries and bake for 35-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
