"I love the fact that this has electrolytes that you need. It doesn't have any calories are sugar, which is a plus. It comes in a vareity of flavors and it easy to use with the scoop. I did order the raspberry. It has a somewhat weak taste but still has good flavor. I may try another flavor next time."
