This gluten-free, vegan, low carb and keto-friendly sweet treat yields nine servings so it's perfect for now, later and to share with some friends or kiddos. Soak up these crisp Fall days and enjoy some delicious Ultima Replenisher Blue Raspberry electrolyte drink with this Blue Raz Crumble!

Makes 9 servings

Ingredients: 

  • 1 serving Ultima Blue Raspberry
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon golden monkfruit 
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine raspberries, blueberries, xanthan gum and Ultima Blue Raspberry and set aside. Using a food processor, add almond flour, golden monkfruit, walnuts, pecans, hemp hearts, salt and coconut oil. Pulse until mixture looks like coarse crumbles. Spread berry mixture evenly inside a square baking dish. Add crumble topping and spread evenly to the top of the berries. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Then let cool. Top with coconut whipped cream or dairy-free keto ice cream and enjoy!
