There are lots of ways to sneak extra minerals into your diet to help you boost your body's ability to hold onto the water you consume. Try this amazing Grape Ultima Chia Pudding recipe created by @ bearnecessities — it's to die for and so full of nutrition.
This pudding recipe calls for chia seeds, (which are great a great source of omega-3's) and goji powder which is a strong antioxidant. Help prevent those free radicals while also enjoying a yummy treat.
1 can of full-fat coconut milk
3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of coconut yogurt or yogurt of your choice
Optional 3 tablespoons of black goji berry powder
Fresh fruit for toppings
Add the full-fat coconut milk, Grape Ultima Replenisher, and black goji berry powder, if you’re using it, to a medium-sized saucepan. Whisk all of them together and cook over medium heat. Once the mixture comes to a soft boil reduce heat and add in chia seeds.
Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens about 3-5 minutes. Then remove from heat and add in maple syrup and vanilla extract. Layer three mini jars with a couple of scoops of chia pudding, then top with coconut yogurt, and then add another layer of chia pudding. Top of fruit and toppings of your choice.
