This Passionfruit Mango & Raspberry Slushy created by cookbook author, Mahy Elamin of @twopurplefigs, combines Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit flavor, fresh mango and raspberries and coconut water in a sumptuous, drool-worthy recipe. You get all the deliciously hydrating goodness from electrolytes and fresh fruit for the perfect summer slush.

3 scoops Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit
2 cups fresh or frozen mango
1 teaspoon lime juice
1-1/2 cups coconut water (you can also use regular water)
2 cups fresh raspberries
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
For the ice cubes - place 1 scoop of Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit dissolved in 16 ounces of water. Pour that mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
For the Passion Fruit Mango layer - Take half of the frozen Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit ice cubes, 2 cups of frozen mango, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 1/2 cups of coconut (or regular) water, 1/2 scoop of Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit.
For the Passionfruit raspberry layer - Take the second half of the frozen Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit ice cubes, 2 cups fresh raspberries, 1 cup water with 1/2 scoop of Ultima Replenisher Passionfruit.
Once you have done the three above steps, blend the ice cubes and each layer separately in a high speed blender. Start layering the slush with the mango layer at the bottom. Use a ladle to ladle to ladle in the raspberry layer so it doesn't completely blend in, rather it starts to slowly integrate and create streaks of stunning pink into the yellow layer. Garnish with fresh mint, mango slices, lime slices and raspberries. Enjoy!
