This gorgeous three-layer slush combines the power of Ultima electrolytes with the refreshing taste of summer berries and creamy coconut. Unlike sugary slushies, this healthy version helps replenish what you lose through sweat while delivering bold raspberry, lemon and blue raspberry flavors. The coconut milk middle adds natural creaminess and healthy fats. It's the perfect post-workout treat, pool party refresher, or anytime you need hydration that actually tastes amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop or stickpack Ultima Raspberry electrolyte mix
  • 1 scoop or stickpack Ultima Blue Raspberry electrolyte mix
  • 1/2 scoop or stickpack of Ultima Lemonade electrolyte mix
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk (or vanilla protein shake)
  • 3 cups ice, divided
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • Sparklers for garnish

Directions:

  • Step 1: Make the red layer: Using a blender, mix 1 scoop or stickpack Ultima Raspberry electrolyte mix with ½ cup water and 1 cup ice until slushy. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
  • Step 2: Make the white layer: Using a blender, mx coconut milk (or vanilla protein shake) with ⅓ cup ice and 1/2 scoop or stickpack of Ultima lemonade electrolyte mix until smooth and slushy. Set aside.
  • Step 3: Make the blue layer: Using a blender, mix 1 scoop or stickpack Ultima Blue Raspberry electrolyte mix with ½ cup water and 1 cup ice until slushy. Set aside.
  • Step 4: Layer your drinks: In clear glasses, start with the raspberry slush at the bottom, then carefully spoon the white coconut-lemon layer over the back of a spoon to create the middle layer, and finish with the blue raspberry slush on top
