Baked with Ultima Orange electrolyte powder these fun, bite-sized snacks are made with ingredients that are Gluten-Free, Vegan, Low Carb and Keto-Friendly. Indulge yourself!

Makes 20-24 balls
- 2 servings Ultima Replenisher Orange flavored electrolyte powder
- 6 oz unsweetened chocolate chips
- ¼ coconut oil
- ½ cup powdered erythritol
- ½ cup dark rum
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Kosher salt
- 2 ½ cups blanched almond flour
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Zest of 1 medium orange 🍊
- Additional shredded unsweetened coconut, powdered erythritol, or unsweetened cocoa powder for rolling
- Unsweetened coconut flakes 🥥
Place a medium size stainless steel bowl over a pot of simmering water (medium/low heat), melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Remove from heat once smooth. Whisk in the sweetener into the chocolate and coconut mixture until well combined. Then, whisk in the rum, vanilla extract, salt, and Ultima Orange. Mixture will thicken.
Add the almond flour and shredded coconut and stir until the mixture forms a uniform dough. Chill for 30 minutes. Remove from the cooler and roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in shredded coconut, Or don’t roll in shredded coconut to save them for dipping in melted chocolate. Freeze for an hour.
Once frozen, garnish remaining rum balls with either cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, or dipping/drizzling in melted chocolate. If dipping them in melted chocolate, use a fork to coat the balls evenly. Tap off excess chocolate and transfer to a wire cookie rack or parchment. Garnish immediately after dipping, and repeat with remaining Ultima Coconut Orange Rum balls.
