Fresh, vibrant, and zero sugar! This Strawberry Acai Electrolyte Mojito combines the classic refreshing flavors of mint and lime with Ultima's Strawberry Acai electrolytes for a hydrating twist. Ingredients:
- 1 stickpack Ultima Strawberry Acai Green Tea Refresher Electrolyte Mix
- 6 oz cold water
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 - 4 fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- Optional: 1 1/2 oz tequila
- Optional: Bee pollen
Instructions:
- Muddle fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and stevia extract in a shaker.
- Add the Ultima Strawberry Acai Electrolytes and cold water to the shaker and stir until the electrolytes are fully dissolved.
- Add ice to the shaker and roll the drink by tilting it from one shaker tin to another 4 times.
- Rim a glass with optional bee pollen, then pour in the drink, ice and all, into the glass.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
