"I initially was not sure why it was named crave. I learned that it’s the addition of chromium which can suppress cravings for sweets. I also learned the advised microgram dosage and I like the fact that the Ultima is right in the middle range."
"These are delicious! I take Ultima every day and this particular kind really helps on days that I am fasting."
"I have yet to decide if this actually curbs my appetite or not, but the flavor is delicious! This one is one of my favorites!"

"I notice that I’ve been experiencing less cravings for high carb foods! I especially notice it before my period is about to start! It’s amazing! Plus if you are someone who does intermittent fasting like I do, not only do they hydrate me very well, but they also help me stay on track with my fasts. Try these especially if you’re a female with pms cravings. They helped me and maybe they can help you too!"
