"We really like the Blue Raspberry flavor. My husband just told me he likes it better than the Strawberry Mocktini. I'm not sure about that but I do like this one too. It's refreshing and helps me to drink more water. The electrolytes are a bonus. This flavor is a winner in our house!"
"This is my new favorite flavor at the moment. I'm a big fan of mixing flavors and I like this one mixed with lemonade (1:2 using a 50oz insulated mug). I also mix lemonade with grape, with orange, and with watermelon, in the same ratios (heavier on the lemon, so it's basically a flavored lemonade). It helps to change up the flavor profile so you don't get tired of the same old flavors. I have found though since starting a GLP1, that I need to add a little pinch of Himalayan salt to my Ultima electrolyte water otherwise I wasn't feeling as hydrated as I needed to be. However, I also have to watch my sodium intake because of high blood pressure, but my diet is very low sodium otherwise so that is my trade off. If you need more sodium (if you have POTS, for example), there is that other well-known brand, but it is very salty if you're watching your sodium intake. While you can dilute that one to lower the sodium, it also dilutes the flavor and I like my electrolyte water to have more flavor than that, hence my love of Ultima!"
